Juan & Noelle Agüero
Juan and Noelle Agüero have the privilege of serving the Lord together in Mendoza, Argentina, where they are committed to sharing the gospel, discipling believers, and strengthening the local church. Juan was born and raised in Mendoza, while Noelle is originally from the United States and spent many years living in Ukraine. Together, the Lord has united their different backgrounds into one ministry with a shared desire: to faithfully proclaim Christ and help others grow in their walk with Him.
Whether through local church ministry, discipleship, or digital outreach with Gospel Today, their prayer is that God would use every opportunity to make His name known and to encourage believers both in Argentina and around the world.
Serving with Gospel Today
Alongside their ministry in Mendoza, Noelle serves on the Gospel Today media team. She helps manage the ministry's Instagram and Facebook pages, oversees the prayer channels, translates ministry content into Spanish, and helps writes articles highlighting how God is working through missionaries across the globe. Through these efforts, Gospel Today is able to encourage believers, connect supporters with missionaries, and share testimonies of God's faithfulness with a growing international audience.
It is a joy to use digital media to point people to Christ and to make biblical resources available to both English and Spanish speakers. Every article, translation, and social media post serves the greater purpose of advancing the gospel and encouraging God's people.
Ministry in Mendoza
The Agüeros are actively involved in the ministries of their local church, Iglesia del Dios Viviente (Church of the Living God), where they have the opportunity to serve people of all ages.
Juan launched and now serves in the church's new soccer outreach ministry, where each gathering provides not only an enjoyable time of fellowship and sports but also a clear presentation of God's Word. He also has the privilege of sharing a monthly devotional with the church during their prayer meetings.
Together, Juan and Noelle serve in the church's youth ministry called Bible Club, investing in the lives of teenagers through biblical teaching, evangelism, and personal relationships. Discipleship has become one of the most meaningful parts of their ministry. Juan meets regularly with three young boys, while Noelle is currently discipling three young girls, encouraging them to grow in their faith and live for Christ.
Noelle also serves in the children's ministry, teaching Sunday school on a regular basis. Whether ministering to children, teenagers, or adults, their desire is to faithfully teach God's Word and help people develop a deeper relationship with the Lord.
Prayer Requests
Recently, God graciously provided them with a vehicle, an answer to a long-standing prayer. This blessing will make it possible to visit churches, youth groups, and Bible clubs throughout the region more easily, creating new opportunities to encourage believers and share the gospel.
As the Lord continues to open doors for ministry, Juan and Noelle would appreciate your prayers. Please pray that God would give them wisdom as they disciple others, boldness in sharing the gospel, and faithfulness in every area of ministry He has entrusted to them. Pray also for the young people they are investing in, that they would continue growing in their love for Christ and His Word.
